Work conceived for the MARQ (Buenos Aires Architecture and Design Museum) Alvar Aalto exhibition. A tubular curtain introducing to a sensory experience referring directly to the Finn architect’s plastic eloquence. Developed through sponsorship by TERNIUM, the “Savoy” aims at condensing the concept of “directing idea” always present through the master’s work. A scribble that becomes a root that will subsequently lead the concept of the work.
Installation for the 1:100 architecture magazine’s 10th exhibition.
Inspired by Alvar Aalto’s work. Made with iron tubes.
